Saddle Ridge Homeowners Association Newsletter August 2010
Ø We will be holding the annual family pool party on Sunday, August 22nd from 12 - 4 PM. Please RSVP to Donna Offutt at 734-260-5079 or doffutt1@hotmail.com by August 20th.

Ø The last day the pool will be open is September 26th.
Ø Please make sure to check the Saddle Ridge Homeowners Association website at www.saddleridgetn.net for information regarding the subdivision and activities.
Ø We are pleased to welcome Rob Hanlon to the board. Rob brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to the board.
Ø Please remember school is back in session and drivers should be aware of children heading to and from neighborhood bus stops. The speed limit in the neighborhood is 25mph.
Ø The Saddle Ridge Homeowners Association has a four drawer, legal size file cabinet available on a first come, first serve basis for free to any homeowner who wants it. You must haul the cabinet away. Contact Ann Horst at horst_ann@yahoo.com .
Ø If your email addresses changes please make sure to email your new email address to the SR board at info@saddleridgetn.net . If you are aware of any neighbors who are not receiving the newsletter, please ask them to send their email address to us.
Ø In order to help keep the neighborhood looking good, please make sure garbage and/or recycling cans are stored in an enclosed area that is out of sight.
Ø According to Saddle Ridge Covenants, only ‘for sale’ signs are permissible to display on any property within the subdivision.
Ø If you see any suspicious activity in the neighborhood, please call the police if you feel it is appropriate and report it to a board member. Loitering at the pool is not allowed.
o At least two homes on High Oak had their mailboxes vandalized
o Also on High Oak a resident reports teenagers are causing frequent disturbances (screaming and setting off fireworks) after 9pm when some children are trying to sleep. Someone is also ringing door bells late at night (11pm) and then running away.
Ø SRHA Covenants and Bylaws are being reviewed and updated. Please watch for more information in future newsletters.
