DECEMBER 2009 NEWSLETTER
There continues to be a problem with people including children riding ATVs and other off road vehicles on the streets of the neighborhood which is creating a dangerous situation. The Board is asking for the cooperation of the homeowners in curtailing this activity.
There was a problem with the chimney on the clubhouse which caused extensive water damage to the chimney, roof, and ceiling. The insurance company covered the majority of the repair cost. Thank you to Paul Yosick for his work coordinating this project.
Please make sure that if you are going to change your email address you send your new address to the Saddle Ridge Homeowners Association. Also, if you know of any neighbors who are not receiving the newsletter please have them send in their email address.
Homeowners Association dues need to be paid by December 31st.
There has been a report of people climbing the tennis court fence to gain entry. A sign will be posted to prohibit unauthorized entry and residents are asked to report these individuals to the proper authorities.
The SRHA will begin deliberations for the 2010 budget at its January meeting. Homeowners are encouraged to submit input on subdivision improvements that should be considered.
Saddle Ridge subdivision has a new website at the same address as before. The change was made in order to use a local vendor and substantially reduce the annual cost to maintain and host the site.
The board has approved allowing residents to advertise their businesses in the classifiieds section of the website. This information can be sent to Ann Horst or John Roberts to be posted.
The SRHA would like to welcome Donna Offut and John Radu to the board. They will begin serving on the board in January of 2010 for two years.
