Clubhouse Rules
1. The facility is available for private parties at a fee of $100 for 50 people or less. For over 50 people, the rental fee is $130 (A non-refundable check) and a deposit of $100 (payable by check) which will be refunded in full if the clubhouse requires no additional cleaning and nothing is broken or damaged during use. Call Barbara Yosick (777-0013 or 405-3450) to reserve the date.
2. Only Saddle Ridge homeowners may reserve the facility and MUST be present for the ENTIRE time of rental. Private parties with minors under 21 years of age require an adult homeowner to be present for the ENTIRE event.
3. Homeowners who would like to have a pool party may do so Monday thru Thursday from 5:00 to 10:00 PM with the clubhouse rental REQUIRED. The pool will remain open to all homeowners at all times. Please be considerate of other homeowners with the number of guests you invite. There is a limit of 20 nonresidents as guests at a pool party. This is in consideration of Saddle Ridge residents who also may be enjoying the pool at the same time. If the number of people in attendance at the party exceeds 15 (residents and non-residents) then an additional pool monitor will be required. Please make sure Barb Yosick knows if an additional pool monitor is needed. She will contact the SRHA Pool Representative who will make arrangements for an additional monitor. Compensation for the additional monitor is $7.50/hour to be paid directly to the monitor by the party host before leaving the clubhouse/pool.
4. Grills are available for reservation with the clubhouse for no additional charge or deposit. Please submit this request when making rental date. Charcoal is needed.
5. No cooking with oil/grease is permitted on the stove due to fire hazard.
6. No smoking is allowed in the clubhouse or inside the pool area.
7. Restrooms will be open and available to those in the clubhouse and at the pool.
8. The clubhouse will be left in the condition that it was found. Please refer to the cleaning list posted in the clubhouse and given to renters. No nails or tape of any kind will be used to hang pictures or streamers on the walls. The approved method is to use 3-M stickers that can be purchased at any hardware store. Failure to follow the cleaning list and posted instructions will lead to some or all of your deposit not returned.
9. If rules are not followed, the homeowner may not be allowed to rent the facility again.
Pool Rules
A pool monitor will be present during the busiest hours in the day/evening. They are not lifeguards but are there to enforce the pool rules and maintain the pool area, providing a more enjoyable experience for everyone. They need the full support of all parents/homeowners. Should you have any concerns with the actions of a monitor, please contact a pool committee member.
