This web site is meant to be the official site of the Saddleridge Subdivision located in the town of Farragut, a suburb in the Knoxville, Tennessee metro area. Saddleridgetn.net is owned and maintained by the Saddle Ridge Home Owners' Association.

Saddle Ridge is a beautiful community of single-family homes just 22 miles west of downtown Knoxville. Homeowners enjoy paved and curbed streets, beautiful landscaping, a family swimming pool, and a clubhouse. The community sponsors social events for children, families and adults throughout the year. 

Saddle Ridge is an active community where it is common to see families out in the evening taking walks with their children or pets.  When not at home, our residents enjoy an abundance of shopping, entertainment, fitness facilities and restaurants in the local area.

For those looking for outdoor activity, Saddle Ridge is just minutes from three local greenways which provide miles of level paved surface for biking, skating, running or walking. We are also conveniently located to the Fort Loudon and Melton Hill Lakes, numerous State Parks, several world-class golf courses, as well as many other Knoxville area attractions.

Saddle Ridge is a neighborhood with a strong sense of community. We are proud to be a part of the Knox County school system.
